My story
On mastery, disconnection and what becomes possible
I spent my twenties building a venture-backed tech company. I raised £1 million and was named one of the Top 10 young founders in the UK. For years I lived among high-performing men who had mastered the outer world.
I saw the same struggle in all of them: disconnection from their true desires, their bodies and their hearts. I saw it in my father, and in partners I loved. The achievement was real. The aliveness was always left for later.
Sexual energy is life force. Most men unconsciously leak it, suppress it, and never open to the full potential of what's possible.

I knew that pattern from the inside. My own success grew from my practice, yoga and meditation since I was twelve. When I abandoned it for pushing and analyzing, I lost everything.
Coming back through my body and my sexual energy became my life's work. I trained in embodiment, somatic coaching, Tantra and Taoist practice, and developed a way of working with men that draws on the power of my feminine energy.
What I've learned is that a man's sexual energy is his life force. When he unlocks his sensuality and reconnects it with his heart, he comes alive. He becomes present in his body, in his relationships and in his work, and that energy fuels everything he creates.
I've seen men arrive closed and leave open, arrive disconnected and leave alive, mastering their sexual energy free of shame and performance. That's why I do this work.

The program
How it works
Desire is essential. Pleasure and purpose belong together. This journey reconnects you with both.
Twelve sessions of deep, focused work, each one going further than the last.
Built entirely around you. No fixed weekly schedule. Each session is booked after the previous one, with one to three weeks between, so practices take root and changes become real in your body and your life.

Why online works
The transformation happens in between
Most men imagine the deepest work must happen in person. In my experience, transformation lives in the space in between: in your body, your relationships and your daily life, week after week.
Change happens in your real life.
A retreat gives you a powerful peak, and then you return home and old patterns wait for you. Online, every session lands where your life actually happens, and you practice it that same week.
Your nervous system needs time.
Deep patterns rewire through repetition over months. Twelve sessions with space between them let each layer settle into your body.
You're held in between.
Specific practices and close WhatsApp support keep the work alive between sessions, so you're never alone with what opens.
Your own space.
Many men open more deeply in the privacy of their own space, with no performance and no audience. The practices become part of your daily life.
Presence doesn't need the same room.
It needs your full attention. Energy, breath and presence travel through the screen more powerfully than most people expect.

These sessions go into sensation, breath and the intelligence of the body. We surface and release unconscious patterns, old conditioning and disconnection from feeling, with presence, respect and precision.
If something arises that asks for deeper attention, I am fully equipped to hold it. The body knows what it is ready to release, and I follow its wisdom.
