My story
On love, passion and what becomes possible
Growing up, I watched my parents' friends cycle through marriages, bored and unhappy within a year or two. All around me, I saw long-term couples who had become best friends, but were no longer lovers.
Even as a young girl, I felt how much passion and sensuality mattered. It hurt to watch them disappear. So I decided this would never be my reality.

For a while I was afraid that commitment itself was the problem, and that if I wanted passion, maybe I shouldn't commit at all. Then I discovered how much groundedness and love commitment gives me. I wanted both. And my mindset has always been: if you want something, go and figure it out.
Tantra is where I found the answer. It's the only world where I've met couples who have been together for thirty or forty years and still share incredible sex. As a yogi since childhood, I understand why. It's all energy. When we don't tend to our energy, it leaks. When we master it, within ourselves and between us, it stays nourished, keeps evolving and stays alive with pleasure.
Today I'm married to a man I've known for seven years. We're monogamous, and we've both chosen to make pleasure and ecstasy a priority between us, while staying open to our desires and to change. Surrounded by couples who have kept their passion for decades, I know it's possible for us, and for every couple I work with.
The path in Tantra is clear and tested, and it works: slowing down, understanding sexual energy, learning to exchange it consciously, and tending to your relationship and your sex as something divine. This is what I teach couples, so their love and desire only deepen with time.

Why online works
The transformation happens in between
Most couples imagine the deepest work must happen in person, on a retreat. In my experience, transformation lives in the space in between: in your home, your bed and your relationship, week after week.
Change happens in your real life.
A retreat gives you a beautiful peak, and then you return home and old patterns wait for you. Online, every session lands where your love actually lives, and you practice it together that same week.
Your nervous systems need time.
Deep patterns rewire through repetition over months. Twelve sessions with space between them give each layer time to settle into your bodies.
You're held in between.
Guided practices, rituals and close WhatsApp support keep the work alive between sessions, so you're never alone with what opens.
Your own sacred space.
Many couples open more deeply in the safety of their own home. The rituals you learn become part of the space you share every day.
Presence doesn't need the same room.
It needs your full attention. Energy, breath and devotion travel through the screen more powerfully than most people expect.

Before two people can truly meet in depth, each must first arrive fully in themselves. These sessions are your private space to feel where you are in your body, your energy and your emotions.
Using trauma-informed somatic coaching, inner child work and family constellations, we surface and release unconscious patterns and subtle blocks around sexuality and intimacy. All of us carry these. They are a natural part of being human.
Old tensions dissolve. The heart opens wider. The body becomes a more pleasurable place to live in.

A central thread is polarity, the ancient dance of masculine and feminine. You explore what it feels like for one to fully surrender and the other to lead, and how playing with this sustains passion across a lifetime.
