My story
On power, softness and coming home to yourself
I began yoga and meditation at twelve, and as a child I learned to harness my energy. That practice became the ground I built my life on.
It carried me from Kazakhstan to London on a scholarship, to a First Class Honours degree and a role as a researcher at Monocle. Riding the creative wave of my feminine power, I founded a venture-backed tech company and raised £1 million. By 25, I was named one of Beauhurst's Top 10 young founders in the UK, the only woman on the list, and one of Sifted's Top 25 Gen Z founders in Europe.
Then I abandoned my practice. I learned the masculine ways of being: pushing, analyzing, overriding my body. And I lost everything.

That loss became my turning point. I began to study energy more consciously, to understand what had happened. Why had my early success felt so easy, creative and full? How could practices most of the world dismisses, like yoga and sensual feminine practices, have given me so much? And why did the masculine way of working never truly work for me?
I knew I wasn't alone. So many women could benefit from bringing this feminine wisdom, lost long ago, back into their lives.
So I went deeper. I became a certified teacher with Michaela Boehm and Layla Martin, and deepened my study of trauma-informed work, somatic coaching and classical Tantra. What I had picked up unconsciously as a child, I can now work with consciously, through lineage and the tools I've received.
As I came back to my body and my creativity, I learned that most of what we're taught about building a successful life isn't true. Our knowledge is so limited. It is in our bodies, and in the wisdom of energy, that we create a life of softness, fulfillment and feminine power.
This is what I guide women into, through this metamorphosis.

The program
How it works
This isn't more structure, more planning or more pushing. You already know how to do that. Here we work somatically, healing what holds you back from your highest potential.
There is a little healthy masculine in this work: clarity, direction, boundaries. Mostly, you learn to achieve from softness, create from alignment and magnetize from pleasure.
Built around you. Each session is booked after the previous one, with one to three weeks between, so changes become real in your body and your life.

Why online works
The transformation happens in between
Most women imagine the deepest work must happen in person. In my experience, transformation lives in the space in between: in your body, your work and your daily life, week after week.
Change happens in your real life.
A retreat gives you a beautiful peak, and then you return home and old patterns wait for you. Online, every session lands where your life actually happens, and you practice it that same week.
Your nervous system needs time.
Deep patterns rewire through repetition over months. Twelve sessions with space between them let each layer settle into your body.
You're held in between.
Guided practices and close WhatsApp support keep the work alive between sessions, so you're never alone with what opens.
Your own space.
Many women open more deeply in the safety of their own home. The practices become part of your daily life and your work.
Presence doesn't need the same room.
